I once got negged into oblivion for explaining price elasticity.
It's a great place to troll because all you have to do is say something that has truth to it.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

We all want cheaper houses, as long as the price of our own house only ever goes up.

There’s a cap for foreign students and temporary workers I think.
Also maybe people will leave Calgary if things slow here.

I don't use this word lightly but that front arch is atrocious.

    The stairs are beautiful though.

Except no one except international students want to live in these row house shit clusters and they only "want to" because they know it's temporary.

It wouldn't be bad if put a small deck under there. It would be more functional anyways.

Inside of house does not match outside of house. Add 3 oversize address numbers. Look my house is modern.

that appears to be a really nice house. What are the Beyond critics going to say about this one?

Looks nice enough to me. It's nicer than my house. haha

Only thing that stands out is the tile in the upstairs bathrooms was installed by a builder-grade tilesetter - if you can see repeating patterns/tiles with identical patterns placed next to each other, that's a red flag. A good installer unboxes and sorts the tile before they put it up and will never put 2 of the exact same tiles next to each other.
