And to be clear, it's not one of those setups where one shower head gets the front, the other the back sort of deal, it's 3 very separate identical shower heads spread apart, and not 180 degrees from one another. I think the triple headed shower may be for the hot tub, like a change room / rinse area combo. Fucking stupid for a hot tub, but I'm guessing that's the rationale.

Your Realtor should know or just google builders, and start checking out their websites (which are usually out of date). To get info about when phases would be released and what not, you need to email or visit them.

Yeah, was hoping to not pester a realtor too much when window shopping this broadly. Builder sites have so much but it seems to be the best way.

Kind of a tedious task, but you can go to https://dmap.calgary.ca/ to see ALL Development Permits currently in progress. You'll have to click through each DP to see which ones are listed as Multi-Residential/Townhouse/Dwelling Unit/etc. and see what stage the DP is in. Look for DPs that are showing as "Released." That typically indicates the project is under construction and with enough research, you should be able to find who the developer is, which then leads to finding their website to knowing about preconstruction sales.

Neat tip. Overwhelming for sure but being able to see permits pulled for places I'm looking at is cool.

$1.2m is a bit much for a teardown, so interior pics are beneficial to envision your $250k+ reno before deciding to be into a property that much and still have 8ft ceilings
