    The only chain restaurants are probably the A&W and Wendy's. I'm surprised there hasn't been a protest about it.

    Random, but I casually know someone in the family who owns a bunch of the Wendy's in Calgary and surrounding. The one in Canmore just prints money.

    So? You're in an incredible location in general for Canmore, have no neighbours and an uninterrupted view of both mountain ranges.
    Looking at the property as a whole, you've also got a desire path cutting right beside your house, and probably a lot of transient neighbors attempting to camp in that park. The lot shape and power lines also make building something new there difficult. The driveway isn't even on the property, so access to it could be cut-off at any time.

    There's a lot going on for a $2m tear down.

    Perhaps one of the Realtors on here can confirm this but I'm pretty sure this isn't a "new" listing and was listed earlier this month for like $250,000 more than this:

    Question for the experts here.

    Saw this listing with a weird lot footprint: https://www.realtor.ca/immobilier/26...ent-se-calgary

    All hypothetical, but on both a non-90 degree "corner", and with a mailbox on the property line, what would we assume the rules to be around fencing the lot in? Does corner triangle visibility apply to such a sloped corner? Is there a crazy setback due to the mailbox?

    I'd want to closely inspect the RPR for that place. I'll bet a lot of that yard is not yours.

    The flip that’s been happening on my street is finally listed… $524k (they went over list from $500k ask) now listed… $829k

    And they didn’t even keep this sweet bedside tub…
