I know I shouldn't expect anything else, but why take so many damn pics of a house that needs to be gutted, but don't include any photos of the lot (it's a corner lot), yard, etc. Bunch of lazy fucks. All the value of this listing is the land, so why not promote that instead?

I wouldn't reno this due to ceiling height alone. It's probably a good candidate for tear down to the foundation if that's even possible but at its current price, no way.

Sold for 600k less than 2 years ago. Looks like an investor has "renovated" it and is flipping for double the price. Sales for the last 2 years on that block are all around that half price mark, not sure how this is so expensive.

I would need a Realtor® to tell me why.
