That's gotta be one of the stupidest kitchen islands out there. Guess you need the restaurant booth feel after buying because you're not eating out again after becoming house poor.
The lights too... Not even Vietnamese restaurants run that lighting anymore.

Looking at houses today, there is very little that interests me under $1.5million.
Most of those would have been ~$900-$1mil 3 ish years ago.
Insane.
