What a schmuck of RealtorŪ dear Matthew seems to be... $1.35 for the dirt and he can't be bothered to give more than a single sentence description? Like, list the lot dimensions or even specify which "one of Calgary's premier communities" it is. I'm familiar enough with the location to know there'd be some pretty wicked views, but it looks like this dunce used screen grabs from Google Streetview for his listing photos. Since it's bare land, the level of work will be minimal, even for a RealtorŪ... Like, hire a fucking drone you cheap cunt.
