Well, that particular street is pretty desirable. So whatever a "sane" price for that house and lot might be, add maybe 300k for location.

Looks like that house was in rough shape in May last year

What's particularly desirable about that street? Stripper name?

Yeah probably won't get that price without more ALL CAPS in the Realtor's description.

You can see the listing with pics from 2022 on HouseSigma. Looks like a normal HGTV flip, combined with a fuck load of luck on the recent RE explosion.

I dont understand the hate.?! It looks like a decent reno and it's quite big for a bungalow. Price is definitely high but why not aim for the moon?

Looks like a lot of money was spent on that reno. I say all the power to whoever took the risk and gambled on the flip as the finished product is quite impressive. I'm sure someone will point out all the crappy things about it that I've missed.

Plus, that's a pretty big bungalow. I would consider that house if I had money.

Wasn't hating at all. The biggest contributor to todays price on that listing is the explosion of the RE market.

I wouldn't know "builder grade" if I saw it, I just look at structural renos vs surface level renos. Probably still cost them a couple hundo to do the reno.

1900 sq ft bungalow is definitely on the larger size.

I like that style of house, maximize living space for the sake of smaller bed and pooprooms.

i agree in a sense, but a big ensuite is nice to have. Bedroom could careless room for a bed is good enough for me, old houses with living and family rooms on the same floor annoy me lol.

Agree I don't like bungalow though I grew up in one
I'd love to have a 4 or 5 level split, but then I'd have to have 5 roombas

I like Willow Park a lot, but that house could probably be bought in an inner city neighborhood for the same money.

won't the one Roomba manage the entire main floor? Mine can do all rooms on the main, except mop as I was to cheap for the upgraded model.
