TIL I have zero taste as not much of that appeals to me (especially the "art" & abstract chicken scratches on the kitchen wall, lol)This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Is there though? I mean there WILL BE once the green line is in… but I’ve never noticed more over there than anywhere in the SW equivalent inner cityThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
He's getting the residents confused with the transients.
I agree. Within the same radius of DT (or East Village, more accurately), there's probably the same bum-density more or less. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Those regards were implying the bum-density was the same across the entire greater calgary area. I was just saying it's a heatmap, and it's not all red.
Yeah I mean there is plenty of other reasons to hate Ramsey… but it was fairly homeless free… just the odd battered woman who ran away from the ywca in inglewood… the smells and noises of Ramsey on the other hand…
Idk, a good friend of mine lived there for a couple of years, and he had constant stories of vagrants and addicts coming through their yard. @zipdoa was his neighbour, odds are he can confirm or tell me my friend was being a li'l bitch. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. I had two places in inglewood… left BMW unlocked, keys in KTM, keys dangling out of the front door.. no issues.
Lived in Bankview… fuck me, constant issues. Stolen Car battery, jeep rummage through, etc
Dude I dunno why people love gentrifying these communities. I also don’t get the appeal of spending $600k on a 1915 sears catalog house. My gf just sold her place there so I’m happy to never return. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
My car was broken into several times. Porch pirates steal your packages. If you forget to lock your car doors, you can guarantee someone is testing the handles every other night. Vagrants are everywhere and people come through the yard on a regular basis.
Getting in and out of Ramsay is awkward, bonus if you get caught by a train. Cops are often flying down spiller road, and the stampede traffic is bonkers.
This is everything you need to know about Ramsay:

They're called the unhoused you cro-magnon.
Wouldn't condo owners technically also be "unhoused"?

Basically property ownership is an undesirable trait in an individual and should be at least discouraged if not outright punished.

I’m stateless and homeless for the next few months. Strongly considering buying an airstream and living out of that, eventually parking it on a good piece of land if anything affordable presents itself. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
