What’s your guys take on Bragg creek? Too far of a commute to be worth the hassle?
The town or the surrounding acreages? Keep in mind a lot of them are on FN land so they're leases. Just something to be aware of.

I thought that was just Redwood Meadows. It's all of the surrounding land?

No idea. I guess a REALTOR(TM) would be able to help with this.

No, it’s basically just redwood meadows:

There's also quite a few acreages on the east side of Wintergreen road that are leased land. The west side is not.

Gentlemen. I am no longer a condo owner!

Sold last weekend for 234k. Bought in 2011 for 232.5 - Condos are best asset class. Look at that profit. Imagine buying a fixer upper house back then and cashing out for $100k+ now instead. How foolish that would have been.

FTFY. Bought my first house in 2010 for $323k, it would probably sell for ~$600k now.

Congrats must feel nice. Seems like condo market in Edmonton is slowly thawing so maybe eventually I will get up to break even or at least more than I owe

This is down in Methbridge - It's come up a long way since pre-covid & thankfully with our student population there's a semi-decent demand for them, especially westside.

For comparison my bud who also bought into our complex sold in 2019 for ~200k.

    From 2011... Damn... Congrats

Imagine housing bubbles burst and Condos become the next hot cakes? Lol who are we kidding?

2MM for a 10 year old row house in Curry Barracks. I do not understand the appeal and insane cost of this community.
