We have one at the end of our block. Heard in Altadore there's a 16 unit one. The time for Beltline living conditions is expanding and you better like it!

Or live in a row house for $800-900K. And >$300/month condo fees (starting!). We went and looked at these during their launch and whoever designed the stairs in some layouts should be fired. From the basement to the rooftop (4 levels) is a single set of stairs - walking down was a nerve-wracking experience to say the least. No carpet on them either.

they do look nice, layouts are clean and make sense to use max space. double (tiny) garage isnt for anyone that is wrenching so who cares if its sloped, good drainage. These guys are just ridiculous lol. The price is high but fuck everything is these days.

That thing is spacious compared to most "affordable" stuff coming to market.

Buckle up if you think that's even remotely bad haha.

800k is a lot of money to pay, yet still have roommates.

Also, seeing how fast these things went up, I think they won't age well haha.

I might put in a 50 foot tall “suited” garage if this goes through.

    Because why not.
I've started to see them pop up.

If the gov't succeeds in causing a mass decline in housing prices, which is their stated goal, this is all going to get hilarious.
It’s not. Every crony under Trudeau keep saying availability new type of housing is needed. 67% Canadians are homeowners and nobody running for election want a Chinese style RE meltdown even if the kids are screaming murder on affordability.

Is that the only time you've been mocked in this thread?
