These builds make me embarrassed lol. I added another ssd yesterday. Up to 3 now totaling 2 tb. Added two 120mm fans, a second front inlet fan and a pull fan for my cpu cooler. Running about 5c cooler which is damn suprising.

not going to lie, I built a medium size tower but all these talkings are tempting me to sell my phantek p500 and downsize to a mini tower again.
currently running 2x 512GB SSD and 1x 4TB HDD, I'm going to see if I can go down to a 1x 1TB SSD and 4TB SSD (bloody expensive) first though

See? It's not me. It's the sff jerks tempting me to downsize. Sabrent 4TB SSD is $799 for the Gen3 or $999 for the Gen4 (QLC). 8TB for $1600.

I don't see why you dont just get a new board/processor and call it a day. It'll be way cheaper and are you really going to notice the memory timings?

Ram needs to change as it's 2 slot vs 4 slot. PSU should be updated to SFX. So new board is about 350, proc is 620, ram is 390 since I am going to 2 x 32 from 4 x 8. PSU is 170. Also might as well update the m.2 to gen4.

Then a case. And I already purchased the 3060. And now taemo is taking about a 4tb m.2. ridic that guy.

That's most of the PC right there.

Don't worry. I can afford it because my fridge hasn't broken down.

I reached out to their support team and they were able to change the shipping as well as charge me upfront for the duty/GST. Apparently, not everyone was charged this so you need to reach out ahead of time to do it otherwise you're rolling the dice on charges/brokerage.

Good call. I usually select that option but it was unavailable. I may stick with a 3900x if they don't ship soon though.

Can't find stock on anything and my monitor won't be here till Feb 1 so I'll just wait it out. On reddit, people mentioned they typically got their products before the estimated date.

BH Customer Service just told me that they expect to receive my stock on Jan 14 before shipping it out to me.
