The 011D XL is a good case but keep in mind you need to add ~$130 of fans so it's more like ~$400 all said and done. The 2 hot swappable drive bays are nice but what killed it for me was it can only hold 4X 3.5" drives.

Where is the PSU in that case? I'm confused.

It goes vertically behind the back area where the cables normally are hidden. The case is very wide and not all the photos show it.

I got fed up waiting for the Ryzen 5000 series (and knowing of the likely shortages) and ended up just buying a 3800X and a 2080 Super about six weeks ago, the rig seems to be playing everything on high graphics settings no problem.

Well Newegg came through, first day trying and got a 3060, says it'll be here in a week. Had to buy a stupid combo so got a 90$ PSU to sell on kijiji but happy to finally be done with this shit.

Awesome, congrats. I know that when I was done my build, it felt weird not having to search for part everyday. Like something was missing

End up with two actually since I grabbed a GPU for a friends build too. Kinda on the pricey side for non-modular though. If you want ether feel free to shoot me a offer under msrp.

No, just the single 14mm fan that came with the C14. There's about 10mm between the fan and the side panel, so I was thinking of making sort of a spacer so that the fan gets air from the outside only. Right now it can intake the hot coming from the GPU. I ran some benchmarks and stress testing yesterday and the GPU never goes over 65 degrees while the CPU (3700x) is getting up to 80. Did the second fan help your temps? I also have 15mm of room between the top of the heat sink and the top panel. Debating if I should try and fit a slim fan in there, might have to sand down a little bit of the top panel so that the fan isn't putting too much pressure on the heat sink.
I don't have a second fan there yet, still waiting for fan clips from Noctua. Gonna mount a 120mm under. You can mount the 140mm fan to the accessory side bracket to draw air from outside only. I don't think I've seen anyone fit a slim fan above the C14. Noctua makes a 92mm x 14mm fan but not sure how you would mount it. That could be an option.

So I know the Era is a bad airflow case, but I like the clean look of it. LL TU150 is better, and TT P1 is great. Except the P1 is a bit difficult to transport.
I don't see any other cool mITX cases out there.

Another mITX case under consideration. Phanteks Evolv Shift X.
Those are some big ITX cases you're looking to transport. Optimum Tech, Xamim's linked video, is a great channel for ITX builds. Tons of awesome ITX cases. Still lusting after a Ncase M1 and the Ghost S1.

    Which 3060?

Got a call from Memory Express today, my Gigabyte 3060 Ti Eagle OC is here. Anyone interested? I'm gonna stick with the 3070.

I don't even know why I'm building an mITX system to replace my mATX system I built in March other than to gain 1.5 sqft of desk space. lol.

Thanks for the offer but the non modular kills it for me. I really want the cablemod cables with the comb for the super clean look that everyone does

No worries, I kinda figured. I'll just dump em on kijiji or something. The combo was discounted a bit and just happy to get cards so not too bothered if its hard to sell them. Still better than used gpu or scalper prices.

minimalist system looks great with a cleaner space and table, I was torn going mITX or mATX but decided to go regular case size this time after running mITX for 8 years.

let me see what I have, might be interested.
    I think I have a 600W, if I go 3070 I would be more comfortable running it on a 650W

Congrats man, I know you just missed out on getting one a couple weeks back on launch day.

My iRacing build with my 3060 Ti is finally complete, big thanks to @KRyn for helping me pick the components and assemble it. Very happy with the performance so far.

How are case temps so far? I usually take those top moduvent covers off and stick exhaust fans there.
