I think I still have "Baby Bear" around here somewhere. Was one of the stuffed animals I got when I was born, and I have kept so it is like 40 years old... Dunno why I kept it, but I did.
My wife still has her entire stuffed animal collection from her childhood. Takes up half a fucking storage closet.

I try to have a rule that if the only time I see something is when I am debating on getting rid of it it's time to let it go. Maybe a shoe box worth of stuff to keep to force my kid to go through it before they throw it out..

Weller WTCP Station. 1977-ish. Made in Barrrie ON.
Still works great, I use it at the office, leave my Hakkos at home.

Half points for knowing what it is, full points for knowing how to use it.

True story: I showed this to one of my interns once and he said "damn you're OG" and I thought OG stood for Old Guy.

Guessing that guitar is 30-40 years newer than the chair...Looks like a newer release.

The guitar is 1974...the chair is around 2006-07. I bought it new when I was the design director at the local Herman Miller dealership. Staff discount FTW!

One of my alts swears they had to get arrested multiple times in 1994 to get these. Sounds legit.

Oh shit, forgot about cards. I've got some from the 1984 Bluejays. Probably the items I've owned longest in my life and still have.

I also have a belt from early 1980s that my grand father used and now I’ve inherited it and wear it almost every day.

I also have some leather hiking boots from 1998 that are great although apparently I’m not allowed to take them on the WCT next year because my hiking companions are concerned that the soles could fall off (is this a thing?).
If it is a high quality boot that you love, you can always get it resoled.
