Did you try pulling/replacing the CMOS battery? Not saying this is you necessarily, but with Gigabyte specifically, lots of people thought their board was bricked (exactly as you described, completely dead, not even an LED light on) and all they had to do was pull the battery and re-seat it to fix it. This was a really common issue for a while and people were RMA'ing perfectly fine boards.
With that board, I even went as far as going down to MemEx and getting a new CMOS battery. I tried everything in my very deep bag of tricks like a no-VGA BIOS reflash, pulling the CMOS battery, replacing the CMOS battery, putting the board into diagnostic mode, and all I would ever get on the beep codes was the outright fail beeps.

It's the third time in my life I've given Gigabyte a chance at mobos, and all three times the boards have died within 9 months (Core2Duo days), 6 months (Core 2600k OC on one of their "OC stable!" boards), and 23 days (X570) respectively.

    What I'm currently running:

    ASUS Prime X570-P
    Ryzen 7 3700x
    16 GB G.Skill Trident Z 3200 RGB (AMD kit)
Samsung 970 EVO 250 GB NVMe
A bunch of older Samsung SATA SSD's
    Corsair H850 Pro PSU

and my latest big boy toy!

    ASUS TUF RTX 3080 10G

@A790 - that 3600Mhz RAM just went on sale today for $22 off for the next 7 days:

Oh, one more thing about the Aorus Master (still on sale at the moment), Rev 1.1 and 1.2 have Thunderbolt which is kind of cool, but probably of limited use for most desktop users.

BF deals usually suck anyway, or at best are no different than sales that happened at other times of the year. If there is something you want now at a decent price I say buy it because when Ryzen 5000 actually comes out, everyone will be clamoring for the best boards and RAM and there may be stock issues.

This is even better RAM if you want Samsung B die for a potential OC and it has tighter 16-16-16 timings:

So far I just have my mobo but I am going to pick up that RAM I think.

Ryzen 5000 has the exact same memory controller as Ryzen 3000 so 3600Mhz should still be the sweet spot unless you plan to OC both the ram and the infinity fabric, in which case you want Samsung B-die or Micron E-die.

I grabbed that ram the other night and returned the Corsair. Going to wait for the case/mobo/etc. to arrive on Friday before looking at swapping parts out.
