Little different getting flu shots in Alberta this year. No mass clinics unless your family has a kid under 5, or you are a health care worker. Pharmacies seem to the primary method, although based on the crowd of blue-hairs at my local one, I'd like to avoid that. Called the family doctor and receptionist say that clinic isn't doing anyone under 10 years of age. So need to send my youngest to the public health clinic or a pharmacy I suppose.
We always get our flu shots, so our desire to get them is no different than other years, although I'm guessing demand is higher this year. Or I'm hoping it is.
