I've been doing 1000 every day for years, but after doing the lab work I upped it to 3000 last October, and give the kids 1000 each (wife 2000) at dinner. I use the drops as it's dead simple to do it at dinner into whatever they're drinking, and no taste.

Then I personally do a multi, some omega 3 (fish allergy) and some calcium.

Yes there's some pretty good research on the vit d deficiency/covid link hence starting last year.
That's not sweat. It's your fat, crying.

Multi, Omega, Vitamin C/D/K, Calcium Citrate, Lutien, PQQ, NAC, Bat extract, Quercetin, Probiotics and a double espresso chaser. Probably forgot a few things.

I am at about 3500 of Vit D.

Fish is a great source of it as well. I prefer to get my vitamins in a food source as opposed to supplements but I still have a cabinet full of them. Salmon is my go to.

Good to see you still posting brother. How were your labs at only 1000iu/day?

Did 3000 get you into the higher-normal range??

Cut out the calcium unless its for some super obscure reason. Doesn't help with bone health.

I’m a simple man, centrum men’s multivitamin and supplementary 1 pill of D3 a day as per doctors orders. Been doing it for years.

My main issue is I don’t eat breakfast, and the centrum makes me feel like yacking if it’s the first thing I take in the AM which has harmed my regularity. But with WFH I can comfortably take it with lunch.

I need to just start keeping vitamins in my desk at work.

I haven't retested since - was going to in the spring but then covid. Will try in the next month or two (though the spike they give you for the finger prick is a goddamn harpoon)

This was on 1000/day, and keep in mind I run outdoors for 5+ hrs a week so I'm not a total office vampire. So normal range, but barely, and certainly not in the winter months

Fuck, vengie should sell his piss for 10 cents on the dollar he spends on vitamins. Put it into a gel capsule and you're good to go. Call it the "Golden Daily" pill.

    Well, don't get old then.
I'm only Speedog + 1 or 2 years and my morning routine is 2 Vit D, 1 blood pressure pill, 1 multivitamin, 1 81mg asa to keep the heart attack away, and glaucoma eye drops.

No regular pill routine here at all, am I doing this wrong? I eat a fairly balanced diet although low on red meat, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, virtually no alcoholic bevies, regular sleep (6hrs nightly), no drugs, somewhat physical job. Can't remember the last time I took a vitamin/mineral/whatever supplement.

Lol, it’s not that many pills in the grand scheme of it.
I’m cutting out the cordyceps, and will phase out some of the other things once I get my cortisol levels in check.
