when does that new t&t open? I do love some hotpot but fucked if im going to drive all the way to the NE to get balls etc. And E-Mart just doesnt have the same selection. I dont know why superstore doesnt carry more hotpot staples.

I've been hot potting at lunch every day during WFH haha. Throw everything in, meatballs, noodles, fishballs, tofu, boil for 10 mins and eat. Just super easy to make and eat during calls.

Most of the flavor is in the shell/head. You can still remove the poop without de-shelling the shrimp

It's fucking awesome. I lived with some mainlanders for a bit during first year and had hot pot with them a few times. They were all surprised at how much spice I could handle for a whitey, I'll forever be proud of that.
