Local food bank is also not a bad idea if no one can come up with anything.

Or, you could let the individual who is purchasing the key tag choose their own charity, as long as it meets a minimum requirement (ex: $50). Raising at least $5000 total would be pretty decent, I'd say.
I don't think that is beyond anyone's ability.
