Awesome, that Chris Haines baja tour has been on my bucket list for a longgg time
That actually sounds like a pretty good value, since any kind of guided tour is expensive. Awesome, this is awesome, and you are awesome.

Great shots and cool stories.
Seems like 5k well worth of an experience that you will treasure for the rest of your life.
Hey! Shout out to Chris Haines. That moto-tour looks super relaxing; I know that's how I would enjoy Baja.
This year's 1000 looks like a pretty low turnout, half the entries compared to 2019 (Covid obviously). Looking forward to a CRF450x finish in Pro Moto Ironman
Don't mean to hijack but if you enjoyed this thread, follow Larry Janesky as he looks for redemption at this years Baja 1000: Into the Dust 3.

Just finished the “Into the dust” series last week so seeing your experience is super cool! Nice shots!

Thanks for posting. You got me all excited for dirt biking....
Have a few buddies that did this too. Sounds like an unreal time. Hope to cross that off the list one day.
Great read. Back when I was in Uni, my cousin and I bought sport bikes in Vegas - flew down, picked them up, rode south to LA, then all the way back up the coast to Victoria. Since then we've both talked about doing something like this (i.e. off road instead of on) a bunch of times... looks like a great experience.
The ROI for your <$10k investment is incredible, you'll remember this forever.
Agree, any once-in-a-lifetime experience is worth $5-$10k.

I love fly in, drive home trips. I've done it 4 times, and it's always fun especially with a good friend to share it with. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
