I'm still waiting for a BF deal on the Pixel 4a without a contract, although maybe that's not happening.

I think Freedom will give you a $0 S20FE if you are on a $60/mth plan. Applies to existing customer without tabs or new customer. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I think it's free with big 3 as well but at a higher month plan price.
S21 is coming out in Jan.

As great as it sounds, I can't do contracts, I told myself while in Mexico a couple years back trying to cancel a contract (Since i was only planning on staying a month but stayed like 6months instead)This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
And it was just a massive hassle, I'd rather spend the extra $200 to not be on one.
With that said, going to go to Visions and pick up the S20 5G while it's still in stock.

It works out cheaper on a BYOD if you don't switch phones every year.

I just got this one on Fido at Costco. I think it's like $35/month (so like total $840 for the phone) and the plan is cheaper than the plan i was on. Maybe $40/ month? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Oh, and I got $300 in Costco shop cards, free wireless headphones (ghey) and a free car charger.
It's bananas.
I ended up signing a contract, but i made sure I can cancel it at any time and just buy out the phone..This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Plan is $45/month (was $50) and now get 4gb data/month vs 1gb I had.
Will be $760 for the phone ($30/month for 24 months) (Would of been $1,100) and got $150 Credit as well.
Sooo not a bad deal for a new phone..
Debating just paying it off right now incase I hit some financial issues in the future or to avoid hating life when/if I break or lose my phone. (I feel this is very possible)

Any recommendations and deals for a webcam for average videoconference use? My current Microsoft Lifecam cannot maintain focus no matter what I do or where I sit. I must be pretty ugly, that's the only plausible reason. Seems like the Logitech C920 has overall good reviews. However, it was apparently released in 2012 and the design looks somewhat dated to my eye.
The C920 is a good webcam, the problem is that prices are 2x what they used to be, due to covid. They used to sit around $80. I'd also be interested in one.

I ordered a C920s in July for $99.99 from Best Buy. It's a great 1080p camera even though it is almost 8 years old now. I like how it comes with the physical flip cover thing so that you can't be caught unexpectedly with it on (although i'm sure this is pretty standard on most cameras these days). The mounting mechanism is good too and should be able to fit any monitor setup. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Would definitely recommend it.
