Urban X North looking for full time installation tech/shop worker
Hey all!
That time of the year I am looking to hire a new employee for the North location. This is a job anticipated to be full time/year round and not seasonal.
Experience is ideal but I am willing to train a solid individual with an interest in automotive. The person needs to be strong and capable of doing heavier physical type work.
We have an extremely solid reputation in the tire and wheel business and are a tight family around here and all look out for each other so being able to play with others in mandatory. Looking for someone who is a go getter, has strong work ethic. For the right individual there is definitely room to grow and advance.
We offer better than average wages for industry norm pay wise and are very lenient with time off during the off seasons. We generally work Monday to Friday in a normal 40 hour work week but seasonally we do have some overtime that is expected and shared among the staff. After 3 moths we have an extended medical and PHSP plan available as well.
