Can be mini or normal, not looking for a pro.

Cheaper is better, it'll be mainly used to distract a toddler for a few mins here and there while my wife is putting our baby down for a nap and I'm in meetings. And despite my saying cheap is best, it must be new enough to run streaming apps (it's replacing an ipad that's so old it won't run disney+).
