We were in a similar situation too when the first round happened with my daughters dance class. At first i was like give me my refund because classes are cancelled but my generous wife said its not going to kill us to continue to pay in support of them. They eventually got set up for online classes which was a total waste of time because the kids didnt even wanna do it lol Im now glad we continued to pay because if all the parents cancelled we'd have no where to take them when things get opened up. If this happened during normal times id say refund 100% but now everyone needs as much help as possible so if its not going to break you then help out as much as you can

I would take the kit and watch on youtube or do a zoom class.
Its only $100. If it was a larger organisation, then sure ask for a refund. But we are in unique times and have to pull together. If its a local business, it may not seem much but that $100 will be going a long way for them during these difficult times.
