I mean, apart from having a load-bearing beam suddenly become an unsupported cantilever. If you're determined to fuck with it, at least just temporarily move it up the beam a few feet out of your road instead of removing it completely.

Not sure if you are just messing with us but get another post and jack it up with a car jack, slide post back and let down the jack and put in a few screws to secure. Just make sure you are jacking up on a the or you'll go right through the drywall. If you are in the nw I have some old 4x6 posts you can have. Or if you have some one there with a strong back, step in the middle to see if they can lift it up enough to get back in.

So i tried jacking it up with my car jack. First scissor jack wouldn't do shit. Tried a hydraulic jack second, shit wrong spot - just like jacking up your car underneath the floorboards. Forget, i cut the 2x4s down to size.

I can't tell if you are trolling or not, but, just cutting the 2*4 down to size and letting the floor droop is a bad idea as anything above it is going to droop too. You need to lift that corner back up properly.
@Tik-Tok gave you the best thing to do. Get a tele-post in there and raise it back up to the proper height. It is a jack in itself. This is the safest and best way to fix your situation. But I mean, you didn't listen to the real advice given here, so I don't expect you to listen to this either LOL. Not knocking you at all, but, you do you kinda thing.
