Protip, HEAT, the stickers will come off nice and clean and easy with a little heat (i used a heat gun, being generous with a hair dryer or gentle with a torch would probably work as well.), even the old crusty stickers...

Its interesting, I thought plates have been reflective for a really long time, but they're selling it like they changed the plates, and the new plates look no different overall. I guess I expected a bit more of a physical change
