You should just be able to either call a registry (probably a small town one so its not so busy) or go into any registry and ask them to pull it for you then give your name. They will do a search and should bring you up. I've done this a bunch and never had any issues besides to show my out of province ID with my name on it. It was very straight forward.

A ten year driver's abstract is 23 entire dollars from AB Registries, but I'm sorry I don't know if that indicates your fancy licensed history. Although I think it would because mine shows my fancy Air Brakes endorsement.

<10 years is also available for cheaper.

I haven't had my license for much longer than that, just February 2021 so the shortest one will work.

Maybe it won't matter. I still have all my logs if they want to know experience. By logs you might think log books. No, I mean terds. From looking at my logs you can see where my diet changed from non-trucker to trucker.

I just want to team drive with yoyo. It's allegedly a trucker and I'd probably learn lots about the world from spending all day every day with it.

Is there a way to find out which registry has a certain sequence of registration plate ?
Example XXX 3444 or XXX 4434

How do you get your license back after a 3 day suspension?

No, not asking for myself lol.

Someone I know blew 0.05 and got the three day license suspension/seizure of vehicle. Cop made it sound to them that they have to contact the RCMP to get their license back. The Alberta gov website makes it sound like they have to go to registry office and get a whole new license. Their suspension/seizure ends today. They called the RCMP on Friday to get a path forward and was told they would get a return phone call the same day. Nothing.

If only it were that easy. Walking in has you talking with the same front end staff that took the phone call.

I'm helping them out with this tomorrow and just wanted to know how big the shit show is really going to be. So far it's somewhat minimal but beginning to snowball haha.

We are assuming that the cop has his DL somewhere. The fine says it was suspended and not destroyed.

Anyway, we'll see what happens.

Sorta halfway relevant. Apparently if you buy gift cards at AMA, you get 5% back you can use in registry services (and whatever else AMA sells).
So two grand in superstore gift cards pays for your annual registration.

Hey I thought for custom plates, there was supposed to be 2 mailed to you. Did something change now and it's only 1? Any difference if it's for motorcycle?

Also these days there is some weird ass spirals in the middle and a "2R" label on the side. The fuck happened lol





Edit: Looks like the change on the more reflective plates was last year. Fine, but the 2R running down the side is still ugly as fuck. But yeah, I forgot if motorcycle plates come with 2 or not.

If I remember correctly motorcycle only comes with 1, I maybe wrong though. It is also cheaper than $250 isn't it?

It's the same price as a passenger vehicle. But for a vehicle, it's larger and you get 2 for sure.

Did anyone get a motorcycle vanity plate in the past before with 2 in the mail? Please let me know as the registry is fighting for me with another government department to understand why they only send 1 lol.
