How is takeout ramen? Been craving some since winter began. Seems like its one of those dishes that really needs to be served and eaten right out of the kitchen. I've ordered takeout pho and its never as good as in person - broth needs to be reheated, noodles turn into one big lump on the way home, and it just feels like the portion size is not as large as when you dine in especially the amount of broth. Might try making some at home this weekend.

Not as good as dine-in but good enough. The ramen noodles survive transport and reheating way better than viet noodles. The Shiki Menya take out ramen kit comes with uncooked noodles so it's even better for reheating at home.

Muku Ramen travels very well. I've picked up and driven home to Cochrane and the broth is still hot. Broth and noodles packed separate.

Just did Shiki Menya for take out, they have broth and noodles/meat separate.. it travelled very well back to Airdrie

+1 for Modern Steak/Modern Burger.

Modern Burger is also super cheap. Two burgers and three sides was ~$30. Way better than Earls, cheaper, and locally owned.
