Commissioner for Oath
I'm trying to remove a certificate of Lis pendens from a title of a home but I went with the person to sign to the registry and they said its a conflict of interest because of thr form involves land titles. They told me I should try land titles office themselves but I know they are closed for anything in person.
Does anyone know what my options are during this lock down? I need it signed asap. Do banks have commissioners?
