Who is getting the COVID-19 Vaccine?

I may have missed it, but is there anyone claiming that widespread vaccination WON'T reduce hospitalizations and deaths? Current count is ~900 cases in hospital? If that number doesn't go to zero, that doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Nope not that i've seen. I don't think anyone is expecting this disease to be completely eradicated with the vaccines, especially considering how many people are going to refuse it.

I spoke to someone who got the first vax, today. What a gong show. The staff giving the vaccinations (are you ready for this?) aren't vaccinated! And they are not even on the radar to be vaccinated! LoL!!

Honestly, how could those workers not be within the first wave of vaccinations?

Makes sense though. If Nurse A is actually working with covid positive patients in the hospital and Nurse B is only giving out vaccines to other nurses, which is higher risk? The one exposed to the general public patients.

Israel has vaccinated 15% of its population already. Not sure if that includes Palestinians in WB/Gaza (probably not) but either way that's impressive. Mad jelly, wish we were up to that level here.
