At least they are making a public show case about the higher ups/elites in that country actually getting the vaccine - unlike in Western worlds where the CEO of Pfizer wont even touch his own product - nor the PM of Canada.

What poorly run vaccinations? They are pulling full doses out of the vials whether it be 5 or 6 doses. I doubt HC, the US and the EU would have all approved six doses in each vial if there was a valid concern about pulling more doses out causing a degradation in efficacy.

The goal posts haven't changed. We are contracted for x amount of doses, we will receive that amount of doses.

Can confirm, wife’s first dose turned her into a lesbian, but her second dose turned her straight again, was an interesting few weeks

They're setting up to hurdle the lowest bars.

I don't give vaccines but I imagine there's excess in bottles much like a max weight limit buffer on eng projects.
Now they're cutting that buffer down or out totally.
Possible that persons 1-5 get slightly more vaccine, measured error, meniscus, angle of eye from measurement line, syringe size manufacturing variance, nurse eye sight, wrong kind of syringe used, etc. Then person 6 gets the lowest dose with a few of those items compounded.
Pfizer don't care, paid regardless. Gov't doesn't care, they need to get vaccinated stats up.
Maybe it works out but maybe the virus gets stronger like people that only take antibiotics until they feel better or nothing happens and the person is just unaware they're at full risk of covid infection. Guess time will tell.

So do you know for sure they are relabelling from 5 to 6? They lobbied govs but I have not heard.
