That pretty much just means their testing equipment isn't for accurate antibody count and will only tell you if you have some antibodies, or you don't.

Masks doesn’t stop you from getting Covid. It’s not protection. It merely reduces your chance of spreading it if you have it. That said, I hate the masks. I use every possible allowable reason to leave it off. I don’t give a fuck about others anymore. That said I’m not an asshole to cause a scene by not wearing it if it’s mandated.

If people are wearing masks to help the chance of spreading it then they are really doing it to stop the unvaxed from getting it. Interesting. I thought maybe it was a typo, but your test sensitivity being lower makes more sense. The ones we did are research lab level.
And now that I've posted this, I should give a shout out to the masks and how much of a clown @jabjab is.....I've been subjected to significant close quarter exposure to verified COVID cases over the last nearly 2 years now. I've been diligent in my masking and precautions. My testing indicated no natural antibodies resulting from COVID infection were present....I think that says something.
