It was filled out online, Rexall has a questionnaire that you fill out and then provide contact info and DOB. So long as you have that, you can add anyone to the list

He meant you need to be 16+ to get on the waiting list at Shopper's Drug Mart. They didn't lower the eligibility age for the current phase.

People were booking wastage appointments for their whole family yesterday without them being present. One of our friends booked their parents over the phone for them.

16+ is the age cutoff for 2B but they are only booking for '57-'63 birthdates for now.

Yesterday was a perfect storm anomaly. I know a mid 20s healthy guy that got a jab. Crazy times. Congrats to anyone that won the lottery.

Other than being jealous, nothing wrong with anyone outside the current phase that got a jab. If you’re persistent enough when opportunity arises, good on you. It’s all within the rules if you put effort into it.
