I just don't understand this thought process, sure living on a reserve you're further away from medical care (in some cases), but then shouldn't people in remote communities also get the same treatment regardless of race?

Why would they care if you’re vaccinated? If they want people back, they’ll just do it regardless if you’re vaccinated or not. I’m guessing most places that have been WFH since March 2020 will at least wait until you have had the opportunity to get the vaccine if you want, but it will be up to you to get it.

Your employer can force you to come in regardless of vaccination, and by force I mean give you the option of coming in or not being paid. So yes.

I don’t think they have any right to your medical records except on some very slim circumstances though so seems like a pointless debate.
