Blows my mind how many people would rather risk getting Covid than a vaccination.

Isn’t the percentage of people who won’t get a vaccine sitting around 12%? Not really that bad considering there has been some pretty poor messaging around it.

Same as anything, it's something that happens to somebody else. The truly fucked up ones are the people who it HAS effected (like a family member hospitalized, or death), but they would still rather risk getting Covid, then the "rushed vaccine".

Looks like Pfizer/moderna Vaccines opening up to anyone 50+ starting this Friday. No lying about conditions required.

My money is on fully opened up to everyone 16+ by may 24.

Ontario has formally come out saying they will have vaccinations open to all adults by end of may. Nothing surprising but the first to put a real date to it ( no I don’t consider Albertas endless phase count and timing legit ).

Pretty much, especially since 2D is the last defined phase and is pretty narrow in scope. With the boost in deliveries and Quebec/Ontario rolling their timelines out, I’d say we follow pretty quickly. Guess no priority vaccines for people as a reward after all

• May 3 - age 45 to 49.
• May 5 - age 40 to 44.

• May 14 - age 18 to 24.

Who cares. Experience from Texas was that hospitalizations crashed shortly after they had 50% vaccinated. Once everyone has a chance and appointments are going unfilled, max 2 weeks to zero restrictions is my sincere hope.

12 hours after AZ got the chills, body aches, slight headache, fever and had to piss all night. Wiped me out the whole next day. Next morning I just have a sore shoulder and still a bit tired. Still preferable to getting the full blown 'vid if this a preview of that.

Me too, wtf, me and my wife went yesterday, both 40 yrs old, around 4pm we got our shots. So it's been just under 24 hours.

I am completely fine, not even tired, just the arm is very very slightly sore...my wife, on the other hand, has been tired all day.

I'm hoping I feel nothing ever, but on the other hand, how the hell do I know it works, if it's normal to feel side effects?

I'm hoping I feel nothing ever, but on the other hand, how the hell do I know it works, if it's normal to feel side effects?

better go get another shot just in case
