Positive cases is going up, but hospitalization rates stay low, is a good sign, IMO.

Coupled with the fact that 90+% of hospital cases are unvaccinated (the example I saw is like 95% of hospital cases in Alabama are unvaccinated where they only have a ~30% vaccination rate), I think it shows the vaccine works.
