I honestly expect them to follow through on this one. I've heard rates are suddenly, miraculously and suspiciously >94%.
November 1 would've been a tough sell with the number of folks still in ICU but I am hopeful the numbers will be low enough in 3 weeks that they can kick some people out of their jobs.

If they included all staff the number was around 70%. But when they removed people that are casual, on leave, and part time to get to 94%.

It's not to prevent EVERY occurrence; just control the one that's causing the biggest bottleneck so quickly today. If a jab gives the opportunity to lower the bottleneck, then it should be a requirement.
