They already folded before the November 1 initial deadline. I believe they extended it by a month.
I honestly expect them to follow through on this one. I've heard rates are suddenly, miraculously and suspiciously >94%.
November 1 would've been a tough sell with the number of folks still in ICU but I am hopeful the numbers will be low enough in 3 weeks that they can kick some people out of their jobs.
If they follow through, the very people who are demanding these terminations and who will gleefully cheer them on will be complaining that things are getting delayed or shut down due to a staff shortage.
