why? if they are more likely to be hospitalised they should get vaccinated. The goal is to minimize the cost of the pandemic and prioritizing people who are more likely to cost us is the best way to do it.

Send them to government run fat-camps in wooded areas for a year or so. If we are charging healthy people to stay in gov-approved hotels, why not charge fat people to get skinnier? Less obese and less strain on social healthcare system. Win-win.

We booked the AZ vaccine on Friday at 8AM. Took about 10 minutes online, booked for Thursday, Mar 18.

Got AZ this morning. So far, arm hurts about 80% of the Flu vaccine.
No other ill effects. Will count my fingers/toes tomorrow and let you know.

Because we want doses sooner. We purchased doses from the AZ US facility but the US' contract states they receive their full order before AZ can fill anyone else's. So the US has tens of millions of doses sitting unused because it's not even approved there yet.

So the deal is ship us some vaccines and the US will receive some back at a later date. They'll likely be the same AZ ones anyways
