Honestly it is impossible to say what transmission rate is now. With so many vaccinated people, there is going to be far more asymptomatic cases now that don't get captured, because they don't have any reason to be tested. The unvaccinated are all in lower risk categories for the most part, as it's younger people that have low vaccination rates. So the hospital rates(which are still low despite what the fear porn police are saying) aren't a great metric of transmission either.

We knew from the get go just based on human behavior trends that surpassing 70% vaccination would be tough. At this point the only choice needs to be to let this run through the unvaxxed crowd and get it over with.




Aren't you vaccinated? If so, why do you care who isn't? If that's an irrational concern to you, how do you function with going to the grocery store and other errands where you're around a bunch of strangers whose vaccination status you are ignorant to?
