I honestly don't know what you are claiming at this point. You're being unclear.

Your original statement was a claim that the gov't was forcing business to violate the charter rights of the public. (As far as I can tell). This may be true or not. I don't really care. What is true is that a business should be able to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason - because it's up to them what they do.

This is very different from the gov't potentially violating the charter rights of an owner of a business by forcing them to do something that they don't want to do. But we prevent people and businesses from doing things all the time.

We're talking about the difference between compelled action, and restriction on businesses. This is an important distinction about which you are being rather breezy. Probably better to decide what your position is, and then defend that position, rather than just simply making things up as you go along.

Same here, COVID shots are the 1st vax I had in a long time. Last shot was probably hep A when I started to able to afford to travel outside US/Canada more.
