If anyone knows an independent taking second dose appointments for Moderna, I’d love to get mine booked a bit early

I've been turned down by 3 Shoppers when I asked them if I can get double penetrated.
SDM head office sent a stern warning about giving out non-appointment shots.

I enjoy SportEL's posts. It's the first thing I read when I wake up every morning and I look forward to it.

First shot May 3, booked at Airdrie Coop for June 18 and seeing if I get rejected or not. If not, I have a backup shot at an independent

Got my first shot in May, booked second for next week. Most Phams dont give a shit about when you had your first at this point.
Wonder if this is area dependent, all the pharmacies around me are following AHS 'rules'

Guessing it's a small vs big pharmacy thing. Shoppers and Rexall are probably following the rules while smaller pharmacies, if they have empty slots, are likely booking whoever.

Supposedly Friday they'll announce a shift in the June 28th date for people that got JABBED in May. Guessing as of next Monday it's free for all.

Leave the city. Okotoks, High River, Black Diamond, Turner Valley. Fill a couple growlers with beer while you're out there.
I would try the Pharmasave in Black Diamond.

Did you call or go in to the stores? If you're physically there and they have an extra shot they'll most likely prick you.

Maybe I'm a simple man with simple pleasures, but just having no restrictions, a stable economy, and some protection against a nasty virus is all I want or need.

Ya man. The restrictions were a killer mentally. It's nice to see people out and about.

We went to Riverfront Cafe for supper last Saturday, and walked around afterwards. The entire park was fucking amazing, and felt like normal again. I know we aren't there yet, but damn it felt good.

I was talking to a conservative friend of mine today about the vaccine. I've had my first shot, and he isn't going to get his. I pointed out to him that he wants to open things up again, but isn't willing to put the work in himself to do it. Instead he's counting on everyone else to do it and then he'll reap the rewards. I told him that's what a liberal would do.

Calling conservative anti-vaccine people liberals - I can't recommend it enough. To add to the fun, make sure to point out how you have respect for rules and how you're helping the economy, because unlike your liberal friend, you were raised with good conservative values.
