Be sure that the government is paying an exorbitant fee to rent the entire Convention Centre and parkade. I’m sure our health care premiums will double or triple after all is settled down again.

I heard full growth takes up to 14 days and it follows an exponential curve, so there's still hope.
Good news. After a couple of days there seems to be dank growth.

Yes but if we have any money left over after pay day think of the post covid parties.

I only know three people that have committed suicide during this ordeal.

Know of 2 attempts. 1 was talked down by CPS after wife found him in basement losing it. The other didn't finish the job and in coma. Live alone and family had to fly out from TO to be with him.

I was totally spaced out the next day from AZ. And TMI, but then I had terrible shits. Mega loose stools.

But now I have a new superpower: perfect cursive writing.

I'm not even going to describe any of the suicides. One of them was utterly tragic beyond words.

Got Moderna’d Wednesday and other than a lightly sore arm no other side affects since then. I think I feel my veins clotting but it could also be heartburn.
What kind of underlying illness do you have, if you don't mind sharing? Obviously a personal question so ignore me if it's too much.

That's one that most people haven't mentioned but is definitely real, my shits were not normal for days. Asides from that, my reward for getting the vaccine is at least a week off from work too. I told my boss I wasn't feeling great two days after the shot, and got sent home until I have a test done. Which of course is completely backed up. It makes sense I suppose as I could have actually gotten Covid prior to the shot, but also annoys me because we're kind of busy at work.

Got my second Pfizer on Saturday and a form that had a box checked beside "You are complete." When I thought about it, I realized how incomplete I was prior to that second shot. Pretty much the same reaction as the first--slightly weird in the head and a sore shoulder, although not as sore as the first time.

It's free parking in the parkade for vaccinations.
Great to know! I'm driving my wife down there Thursday morning. Hopefully I can find a spot.

A very good friend of mine who I haven't seen in ages who lives a long way away sent me that OBGYN crap. It took a lot of restraint to just ignore it and not go off on him.
Sad, I used to look up to him and considered him one of the smartest people I knew.
This guy isn't a close friend and not among the smartest people I know. But, still, it's full-on nonsense, conspiracy garbage. People will believe it because it fits their narrative; no critical thinking involved. It really is sad. I have so far just ignored it and will do so unless he pushes for a reply.

Anyone can sign up to be on the Rexall Waitlist. As long as you can be there within an hour, you'll get a shot if they have some extras.

I was mm away from sharting after the AZ shot. I made it to the toilet in time at work nonetheless.

Pretty seamless. They have people directing traffic. Stay in the far right lane on 1st St SE and you'll be fine.
Also went directly down to level 3. All these people fighting over spots one level above isn't worth it.
Used this address for directions to park of anyone cares/aren't frequent downtown go'ers.

AB with 49k vaccines today, that's pretty massive. Alberta's 7 day average is now 0.91% of our population per day which is actually ahead of the US' current rate (0.82% per day). Here's hoping AB can manage it's vaccine supply since this is still a lower shipment week before Pfizer double next week.

AB should be done most it's 2nd doses from early March appointments soon and hopefully our % of 1st doses will start climbing faster so we can reopen. Overall though at Canada's current pace we are 15 days behind the US's current position for 1st doses and with tomorrows update Canada may overtake the US in doses/per day surprisingly.

It's scary that how politicalize vaccination is in US as many are not choosing vaccinate because it gives Biden a win. Hence the slow down in their vaccination rate.
