Get up to $250.
By that description I would be eligible for $26 as I have bought windows 7 and windows 10 once in the period of eligibility. Now if it includes oem versions that come on laptops then I might be entitled to more, but I didnt read that much into it. The lawsuit is because Canadians paid far more for the licenses than other nations.
It includes software that was packaged with a pc, but not if you got it through a discount group like a students association.
Hypothetically, if you had all morning, you could claim to have bought as many copies of that software as you wanted, until you got to a $250 "score" on that form. You know, hypothetically, if you "couldn't remember" the exact dates and details, you could just "guess" on them, and it wouldn't matter.

When do the rest of the lawsuits start? We've been paying excess for almost everything for decades. Not all of them can be explained by supply/demand/transportation costs. Just look at downloadable digitalal software and media. We pay more than just currency conversion. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I am not participating because I don't want to be reverse sued for paying less than other nations for incompetent politicians.

My $10 CRT class action check that just arrived. So I have no problem taking $250 from uncle Bill to buy a new Chromebook.
I bought Vista in 2008.
1998 - 2010 huh - I still have my Windows 98 install CD.
And Vista - thank god I avoided it.
$250 Barely covers the shit I went through with bad Windows software.

I would struggle to recall an instance where I had legitimately paid for a piece of microsoft software in the last two decades.

Does that mean apples giving away a trillion dollars in 2030?
If you bought a windows laptop or tablet, that qualifies. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
That's the only qualification I have. All my PCs are still under very ancient MSDN license.
