If you have any other conditions, even slightly high blood pressure, you need to get this under control NOW, and down to WELL WITHIN normal limits. Do not accept "slightly elevated, we aren't worried about it".
You also must get some exercise in. A little cardio, and a little weight training. It's ok to get out of breath, this is where you will need a second puffer just in case, the usual blue "rescue inhaler", I forget the name. Lastly, for men especially, small daily dose viagra will increase nitrous oxide concentration in the blood, and reduces pulmonary hypertension. It works by enlarging the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more easily to the lungs. You can try and get this with protein shakes, and a 5 gram daily Arginine powder supplement, but that shit tastes BAD.
My grandfather had it pretty bad last year, and at 84, this type of care made him better than before.
