Not super fancy but Kale Caesar is the best salad out there imo. If you haven’t tried it yet you really should.



Kale cut up into bite size pieces, run thru a salad spinner to dry completely
Caesar dressing (get the refrigerated stuff from the produce section and ideally extra garlic)
Croutons
Half a lemon squeezed
Fresh parmesan

Toss kale and dressing well then add lemon juice, croutons, Parmesan and toss one last time before serving.

I could eat this every meal. Kale also keeps really well in the fridge compared to other lettuce/greens, so that’s a bonus

I think if you make this on those inside self-serve machines, they dont charge for the add ons, but through drive through depending on the person they will.

I love getting take out to support local but I also love mom’s cooking and super appreciative of it recently because I know once she’s gone I probably won’t have it on the regular.
