Sounds like a lot of effort to avoid 10 minutes of pan frying and a quick wipe up.
Can cook more bacon this way quicker. Not alot of effort for lots of cooked bacon at the end. After done, let sheets cool, throw papers in garbage, and wash sheets. Done. Asians: Work smarter, not harder.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Yeah big difference cooking half a pound for your own sandwich vs cooking 1 or 2 KG to feed the whole crew.

My favourite way to cook bacon is still this though: I can make a loot of food with this method:

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

Flat top is the best top, but when at home we use a similar oven method, but with a broiler pan. The pan makes it easy to pour the grease into a jar for future hash brown frying.

I’m surprised someone hasn’t brought up microwaving their bacon yet

    username checks out.

One time, a white lady who was trying to tell us how to do prep for a big pancake breakfast said that she can help cook the bacon. She was going to boil all the bacon in water... Needless to say, we did not put her on bacon duty...

my brother in law, who is very proud of his ribs, boils them. Then he slathers them in sauce to give them flavour. I don't argue with him about it, I just judge him silently.

I used to make breakfast sandwiches where I would microwave the egg and the bacon, and then throw em on a toasted English muffin. Bam, 3 minutes egg mcmuffin.
