What communities should people be checking things out?
Sundance
Chapparal
Midnapore (I assume)
Shawnessy (I assume)
My 4runner got fucked yesterday. Worst part is it's always parkade stored but girlfriend and I took it to go watch a movie. I turned around to go shut the windows at my condo and it just came down like no other. Smashed both our passenger mirrors which was weird. Put in a claim last night online so hopefully hear from somebody soon...

They are gonna lock us down for global warming. That storm was crazy.
Fuuuuuuu just got home from camping all week and the front of my house is fucked up from hail, what a lovely welcome home surprise.
I'm in Chaparral, neighbors said it was quite the storm.
Had a bit of wind and a few drops of rain last night out in Kananaskis

I'd say there's a solid third of the 2020 damaged houses that are yet to be fixed. Lead times on siding and roofing materials are multiple months at the moment. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Maybe. That said, I’ll still be driving the summer beater around town rather than my nicer cars. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Whelp, I took the Hellcat for a wash and when I had it dried and in the right (low) light conditions I could really see what's going on...Imma call it the Hellafucked now...lol. It is BEAT TO SHIT! Oh well, just a busted old Dodge anyway. Back in the 2016 storm that came through our neighbourhood my SRT got hit (wife gets the garage) and Calgary Coachworks made it good as new. This time around is quite a bit worse so we'll have to see. Oddly the house faired much better this time than it did in 2016 but the vehicles got it way worse.

Well at least it’s more aerodynamic now
Regarding your wife, does she need that extra wide Asian parking space you see in China or something? She couldn’t make room for your hellcat?

Meh, it's just a car. At least in this situation the damage will be fixed, not like those twice per summer door dings left by ignorant pricks in parking lots.
The other half of the garage is full of kids summer sports stuff so I park outside by choice. If I didn't I'm sure there would be plenty of dings and shit from the kids getting their bikes and other shit in and out all the time anyway. I could've put her car outside and mine in the garage but I'd still have to pay a deductible to get her car fixed then anyway. Same same. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member.
