Anybody know the procedures or places to take? It has been removed from site following proper procedures, just need a place to take it to. It is a Jim Pattinson owned property so the disposal needs to be documented. Shepard landfill told us no.

Call the metal recycling companies in town.
I’ve called several and they won’t provide a letter saying it is disposed of properly. Aka, they will throw it in the regular steel bin. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The only way they would be throwing it into the steel pile, would be if the lead paint is non-friable ie. doesn't flake. If it does flake, then it's more of a pain in the ass, and has to be disposed of properly and tested and it is a bit more expensive. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Most scrap yards do letters of destruction though, if that's what you're after. Not quite the same thing, but then at least the company can show that they didn't just bury it when they submit their project ESG report.
Call these guys. They'll charge you a consulting fee to even begin to tell you where to send it.
