What kind of peasant graph only goes up to 170k family income?
Upper class line hath been drawn in Alberta, and it's $180k combined.
"Seniors and families with dependent children under 18 will get $100 installations for six months for each child and senior. Only families with incomes below $180,000 per year are eligible"

NDP during a oil boom is a recession unless you're a public servant or someone living off government programs. Then you can buy your boats and sleds.

Yes, because the NDP managed to chase away 10's of billions of investment money.

As per usual with the left "omg the cuckservatives will decimate our *pet issue* and it will end the world!"

Also the left "waaaaaaaaah, guiz they are spending money you hate that guiz my logic is infallible why won't you listen to me!"

Just for reference, NDP only proposed $1B..... but it's per year with a lot of indexed to inflation languages that can weasel out. Danibux is just buying election and done.

    double down justifying it
strengthen one's commitment to a particular strategy or course of action, typically one that is potentially risky.
Pointing out the hypocrisy of someone criticizing their opposition for doing exactly what they would want is not doubling down or justification. But good one, I guess, really got me.

    Who should have been premier?

Yep. Pay off more debt, invest it in the Heritage Fund, or fix the damn healthcare and education systems already. Oh, and perhaps mental health and social service funding to get the murderous crack addicts off the streets would be good as well.

I wouldn’t want any more funding for social services towards ‘murderous crackheads’. These isn’t enough mental health funding in the world to fix that.

Just kill them. It's the new normal. Hell if society is okay with moving boundaries around like we have been let's do this.

Send them as migrant workers in Qatar. Tax the foreign income in their estate.

I mean if we can recommend medically assisted dying for struggling veterans it doesn’t seem like much of a stretch to offer it to addicts.

This. As heartless as in might be. Sure some of them could maybe possibly turn their lives around, but the reality is, most won't and they are seriously dragging our EMS systems down.

Edit: Then again, they'll just catch on and start calling everything in as a heart attack.

Combine several ideas here; free unlimited drugs in consumption areas with the understanding that there will be no medical assistance provided. Shouldn't take long to cull the herd.

Can we tag them? They get 1st one but get tagged. If you are tagged, you won't get helped again unless you are clean.
