The more people like that who lose the "fight" for their lives, the better. Ideally they'd die quickly without wasting too much healthcare resources and just skip straight to the freezer trucks.

Doesn't matter, COVID death rate isn't 100%. There is plenty of crazies left to take their place in politics.

If we keep the tent unheated that problem will solve itself in a few months.

I love that one. Like an unreasonable amount.
Alberta is a leader in tent-type structures. In fact, you cold say I get SPRUNG when I think about those structures.

I don't even know what a good path forward is for the alberta conservative party and voters. Every path seems dubious. BJ seems like a friendly idiot.

Having brian jean back is good because he has enough support to force a leadership review, and likely a race next year. Ideally, we can have a fresh face come in to win, but we need to see who is in the running first.

So he can roll over for Notley again?

I can see why the NDP voters want BJ as leader.

There isn't a lot of "bench strength" in terms of leadership candidates for the Conservative team.

There is no bench strength anywhere in North America politics.

who in their right mind wants to enter politics now? Especially as a conservative.

Voted against gay marriage 20 years ago? you're done.
Climb on the premiers roof as a protest? Nah, climb the CN tower as a protest! You're the environment minister.

We now have 20+ years of digital footprint for anyone to comb over for gotcha. Nobody is qualified anymore and anyone can get cancelled for anything.

If you don't spew shit on social media, nobody will vote for you. If you spew shit on social media, people will vote against you.
