No need to have everyone in the same office anyway. Do like Ovintiv and have two head offices. It works fine.
Is that supposed to be a joke?

A friend of mine works for ARC, recently transferred from GP to Calgary (he was losing his mind in GP, mid 20s engineer with no real friends of family outside of Calgary). Hopefully he keeps his new position here in Calgary.

Quelle surprise. Bombardier still circling the drain and bleeding employees while they do it.

Great chart detailing what the Liberal corporate welfare has gotten “us”

That’s just the last 5 years.

I have a conflict. Can we do 3:45 by the bike racks instead?

3:45 is an artificial unit of time created by our AHS suppressors while they gag us with their slave muzzles and false narratives. Wake up, Sheeple!!

We talking Bombardier or 7 Gen/ARC or all of it?
I bet all. Execs are going to be pumping how good they've made the company.

As they should, at least in the case of ARC. I think this is transformational for ARC and I assume was driven by the CEO who has not been place long.

But how will you keep them around and ensure they are motivated to make improvements if you don't increase their pay?

Are thousands actually qualified / the people you want steering your ship though?

People massively glorify how great CEO / executive positions are.

Most of us wouldn’t last a week or have the stomach for it regardless of how attractive the pay check is. And frankly almost none of us have what it takes.

I believe ES was being sarcastic, as was I... This was a line one of our executives said to the entire team in a meeting.

Was fascinating, and really made us all feel like a valuable member of the team/ want to work 10x harder.

It is true, you have to really be around the block to become comfortable being in those types of positions. And in order to be comfortable, you either have to be super delusional about your own skills and abilities, or you actually did your time and know stuff.
How many falls in the former, and how many fall in the latter is the question.

I just find peoples fascination with executive pay to be comical.
